AG Academy does not provide a flat rate for all children at this time. Each age is priced differently. Each family will have to complete the enrollment application to determine the rate for their family. Meals and potty training are included in tuition.

Added services, such as transportation, would also be a factor in pricing. 

AG Academy does charge a late fee for late pickup.

Availability varies based on the demand, so submit your application as soon as possible and complete the enrollment process to secure your spot. We do our best to accommodate every family, but if we do not currently have a spot, you can request to be put on our wait list until a spot becomes available. AG Academy is currently taking applications for all ages. You can download the application and submit it via email. We can also email you an application.

Applying is easy! send us an email or give us a call, and we will send you an application to get you started with the enrollment process. We can issue the application in three ways

1. Pick up in person 

2. Send via Postal mail or email.

3. Invitation to our Pro-care app to complete pre-registration  

The steps to complete enrollment are:

1. Complete an application or pre-registration for each child.

2. Turn in completed applications via email, postal mail, or drop off in our drop box located outside the academy. 

3. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed.

4. A phone interview will be scheduled to go over rates, availability, and information surrounding enrollment. If a good fit, AG Academy will reach out to schedule a time to tour the facility. 

3. You can complete the enrollment forms online or at the end of the tour. To complete the enrollment process, we will need your children's most recent immunization and health history report.

4. After completing the enrollment forms, pay the enrollment fee of $100.

5. After the first month's tuition is received, a first date of attendance will be selected within 24 hours.

6. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment and reviewing information.

 Yes, currently we offer transportation to families that qualify. What would you need to qualify for transportation? The director would go over qualifications with the families. Looking at things such as distance, age of children and shift to determines if it would be a good fit. We have a 10 miles one way cap for distance traveled.

AG Academy will usually get families enrolled within 48 hours. Some circumstances may cause delays.

 No, AG Academy does not provide care for ill children. If your child is experiencing symptoms please keep them home until 24hours after symptoms have cleared. Children with two or more symptoms (ex. runny nose and cough) will be sent home to prevent the spread of an diagnosed illness.  

AG Academy currently only accepts application who plan to enroll within 30 days of the application submitting. Families must complete the entire enrollment process to secure the enrollment. If you would like to enroll beyond 30 days, please complete the waitlist document to be added to the waitlist.

We really do care! The safety of everyone is very important to all of us here at AG Academy. We adhere to requirements and do our best to keep our scholar safe with hand washing and other preventative measures. To prevent any spread of any illness children who exhibit symptoms are provided a mask. Children with two or more symptoms are sent home. Air purifiers and frequently disinfection help keep our environment safe.

AG Academy now accepts all major card payments, money order, cash in person or via phone. Online payments are also available once enrolled. There is a 2.5-4% transaction fee associated with all processed payments. Payments can be made through our Pro care app once invited. Unfortunately, we do not accept Wisconsin shares payments.
